Unknown caller is intercepted
An unknown number calls your phone. The call is automatically routed to VoxGuard for screening. Your contacts bypass this entirely.
Caller must say your key phrase to verify
VoxGuard plays a message telling the caller what word to say. Real people hear it and repeat it. Robocalls and automated spam can't respond to voice prompts.
Verified? They state their reason for calling
Callers who pass verification are asked to record why they're calling. The recording is automatically transcribed to text.
You get notified and listen to their reason
A push notification hits your phone with the caller's number. Tap to open the call detail screen — play the audio waveform and read the transcript.
Approve to connect, or decline to end the call
You have a 2-minute window to decide. Approve and the caller is connected to your phone. Decline and the call ends. Miss it and the caller goes to voicemail.
