To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

4. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create using VoxGuard, including custom greetings and settings. However, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our Services.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• Emergency services access obligations

9.2 Emergency Services

VoxGuard should not interfere with emergency calls (911, etc.). Users are responsible for ensuring emergency services remain accessible. VoxGuard is not responsible for any inability to reach emergency services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimers

VoxGuard is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of call screening
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or privacy of communications

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Missed important calls or communications
• Costs of substitute services or products
• Any claims by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoxGuard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and, if applicable, canceling your subscription.

12.2 Termination by VoxGuard

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for:
